The first stage: we will join the Iberica Traversa start in Irun and follow the IT route, covering 1720km across the Iberian Peninsula to Tarifa on unpaved routes and trails. The second stage: we will join the Morocco-BikeAdventure starting in Tangier and follow the MBA route to Sidi Ifni, covering 2300km through the Rif Mountains and over the Atlas Mountains to the Sahara desert.
This adventure spans 4000 kilometers and involves a climb of 60,000 meters, making it one of the most exhilarating challenges out there! It’s the only bikepacking adventure we know, crossing 2 continents.
Since 2021, six riders embarked on this challenge, with only one completing it thus far.
There are two options: the road route or the off-road route, which includes gravel, single trails, and piste.
The adventure will begin on September 22 from Irun Spain.
